Dr. R. Subashini, is currently working as a Faculty in Management, Department of Technology Management, SMEC and also holds the administrative position as Director i/c – VITCR at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. She holds Ph.D in Management from Bharathidasan University for which she has been honoured with the Best Ph.D Thesis Award. Her overall industry and academic experience (which includes Teaching, Research and Administrative Experience) is more than 15 years. Dr.R.Subashini is the Editorial and Fellow member of many Journals and Professional Societies. To her credential, she has 61 Journal Publications; 25 Books, Book Chapters, Conference Proceedings and Patents Published. She also writes articles at a regular phase to ‘THE HINDU’ Newspaper. She had been a presenter and chairperson (online & offline) for many National and International Conferences held at India, Australia, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, UAE and UK. She had been the Principal Investigator of 10 Consultancy Projects and Government of India Funded Projects (approved by ICSSR, MSME-DI, MHRD). She is also the key consultant and trainer for middle level employees of many companies across sectors. She has delivered more than 25 Invited Talks at Professional Societies, Institutes and Industries. She has organized more than 125 events in the capacity as Convener/Chief Faculty Organizer/Faculty Coordinator for FDPs, MDPs, EDPs, Conferences, Workshops, VAPs, Technical and Non-Technical Events at National and International levels. To add on to her credential, she has been honoured with Faculty Research Award; Best PhD Thesis Award, Dynamic Teacher Award; Woman Leadership Award and many more. She also involves in many societal benefit activities.
